A SILENCE ENEMY
I have decide to write about my personal experience about having hypothyroidism. My journey began three years ago. I wasn´t feeling very well, I felt tired, depressed and I was gaining weight even though I was doing exercises and keeping healthy habits with the food. I was really desperate about that situation until my doctor found my problem and I could see an endocrinologist who realized about a tiny nodule on the right side of my endocrine gland. Since that day I have to take a pill every morning for helping my gland to work much better.
I have learned and understood with the time that is something that never disappeared, it is something that you must learn to live with because of that it is important to understand in a clear way this condition and reading and consult about it because this disease works together with the right medication and doses and besides that it is important to know the right and bad food for its function.
